for a while now i have been hearing how the field of medicine is not what it used to be. there is no respect for the profession, people sue your knickers off etc. to that i usually responded with, 'i am not doing it for the money' or 'this is all i see myself doing.' however, now as i about to start to learn my much-sought-after um-profession, i am thinking that i actually would rather be an actress and make a million dollars an episode and 20 million dollars a movie. i mean i can still save the world and make a difference with the money right? angelina jolie is doing it. i think she plans to adopt a child from every poor country in the world. that's a whole lot of kids you know. i guess i should start taking an acting class as backup. damn those school loans...i can't be a starving actress waiting for a big break if i have to pay like $200 a month to repay them. okay, so the plan is to practice medicine on the side, do a little gig in a commercial or movie or on 'will and grace' until i get the role of a lifetime like um, jamie fox and terrence howard. yes, you know who they are. you know the movie 'ray'? that was jamie fox playing ray charles.
now that's a plan, whacha think, huh?
